Welcome to The CrowdHub Group sites (the “Site”). Through the Site, you have access to a variety of resources and content.

These include: (a) Communities and Platforms (“Platforms”); (b) Web pages, data, messages, text, images, photographs, graphics, audio and video such as podcasts and Webcasts, and documents such as press releases, articles, white papers and product data sheets (“Materials”); and (c) Forums, discussion groups, chat areas, bulletin boards, blogs, wikis, e-mail functions, and other content (“Content”) in connection with which you can upload, download, share, email, post, publish, transmit or otherwise access or make available Content.

The “Site” shall be taken to include the Platforms, Materials and Content referenced in the previous paragraph.

The following are the terms of a legal agreement between you (“You” or “Your”) and The CrowdHub Group Pte Ltd, and its affiliated companies (“We” or “The CrowdHub Group”). By accessing or using Platforms, Materials and / or Content provided on or through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your access to and use of the Site and the Platforms, Materials and / or Content provided on or through the Site (“Terms of Use”) and our Privacy Policy (see separate document). The CrowdHub Group may revise the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. The revised Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will be effective when posted.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

The CrowdHub Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of use at any time and those changes shall take effect in respect to all subsequent uses by you of the website. You should therefore check these terms and conditions every time you use the website, and only if you accept these terms should you proceed to access and use the Site. Your continued use of the website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

Privacy

We may collect certain types of personally identifiable information from you. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to this website and sets out the information we may collect from you and how we will protect and use it.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any parts of the Site or any of The CrowdHub Group’s accounts, client or user details, or computer systems or networks. You agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any of The CrowdHub Group’s or clients’ or users’ accounts, computer systems or networks. You agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site or any The CrowdHub Group’s, clients’ or users’ information, accounts, computer systems or networks without The CrowdHub Group’s express written permission.

When you register on the Site, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information, as required by the applicable registration form. You may also be required to choose a password and a user name. Access to and use of password protected or secure areas of the Site is restricted to registered and authorised users only. You agree not to share your password(s), account information, or access to the Site with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password(s) and account information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur through the use of your password(s) or account(s) or as a result of your access to the Site. You agree to notify The CrowdHub Group immediately of any use of your password(s) or account(s) that you did not authorise, or that is not authorised by these Terms of Use.

Use of the Site

Your use of the Site is subject to all agreements, such as a user agreement, that accompanies or is included with registration, ordering documents, exhibits, and other terms and conditions that apply (“License Terms”).

Confidentiality

You shall keep in strict confidence all commercial know-how, processes or initiatives which are of a confidential nature and have been disclosed to you by us. You may disclose such information to your employees, officers, representatives, advisors or agents who need to know such information for the purposes of carrying out your obligations under the Contract. You shall ensure that your employees, officers, representatives, advisors or agents to whom you disclose such information comply with the confidentiality policy.

Access and Use

Access and use of our site is free of charge. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose of activity.

In addition, you agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or unlawfully use or reproduce any of the Platforms, copyrighted or trademarked material, trade secrets, or other proprietary information contained in the website.

We do not warrant that our website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our website without notice. We will not be held liable due to the fact that our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law, and any disputes relating to these terms of use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
